In addition to complete syringe systems, all components are also available individually. This allows product portfolios to be expanded flexibly or existing fill-and-finish processes to be supplemented in a targeted manner. All components are coordinated, quality-tested, and individually configurable. Compatible with all pre-fillable syringe systems, glass or polymer.
Optimal packaging solutions: Tub & Nest
Standard tub and nest packaging configurations enable safe and efficient filling processes. Manufacturing takes place on fully automated production lines with 100% inspection in an ISO 7 clean room with laminar air flow. Tubs are available in transparent or white versions. Certified according to ISO 15378, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001.
Customization of finger pads and piston rods
Finger flanges, backstops and plunger rods can be customized in design and color, allowing you to differentiate your portfolio. Ergonomic finger pads ensure comfortable and safe use for medical professionals and patients.
