Honoring long-serving employees and recognizing their loyalty is a particular concern of those responsible at Wirthwein Medical GmbH & Co. KG again this year.
As the year draws to a close and the festive season begins, 19 long-serving and loyal employees were honored at Wirthwein Medical. The company awarded them a certificate of honor and a ribbon-crowned gift according to their length of service. In his personal speech, the supervisor reviewed the professional career and the experiences of success in the working life of the honored employees by means of a time travel. This gave the ceremony a very special touch.
Eight people were honored for 10 years of loyalty to the company. In the further course, the number increased from 20 years in 5-year steps up to 45 years of company loyalty. It is nothing unusual for the family-owned company to have long-serving employees. Two employees even started out together with their vocational training with the company and look back on 45 years of service
Managing Director Dr. Thomas Jakob emphasizes: "I am very pleased to see how many employees remain loyal to the company with their many years of commitment and know-how. You really deserve the award.
