With a celebration full of personal moments, heartfelt appreciation, and reflections, Wirthwein Medical honored 26 long-standing employees this year. These employees have not only contributed many decades of experience, but also personal stories of development that impressively demonstrate the strong bonds within the company.
Not the numbers were at the heart of the celebration but the people behind them: colleagues who have been writing a piece of company history for 10, 20, or 25 years. In a lively journey through time, supervisors looked back on the past years – from former production halls to technical milestones up to personal moments of success. People laughed, sometimes marveled, and above all, it became clear what a great deal of commitment, loyalty, and passion goes into each individual career.
At the end, all honored guests were presented with a certificate of appreciation and a culinary gift, followed by an anniversary gathering filled with personal stories and many shared memories.
